The project centered on dialogue with racialized and/or ethnic communities in British Columbia as part of an important initiative to work towards decolonizing the profession of counselling therapy. Through facilitated acknowledgement and address of implicit bias, the intent is for counselling therapists to resist racism within the Healthcare system and identify steps to decolonize counselling therapy to better support community.
