Via a social justice lens and on a foundation of organizational planning, I designed and delivered a 2.5 hour virtual session for 20 members of the National Farmers Union BIPOC Caucus from across Canada. Attendees included the executive team. The session consisted of three activities and discussion periods to collect data to inform strategic planning. A final report was delivered consisting of raw data and analysis, thematic analysis, goals and objectives, as well as next steps and recommendations to inform strategic planning and continual improvement process development.
