As a co-facilitator, I delivered multiple sessions on the Fundamentals of Diversity and Inclusion for participant groups of 15 people per session. Sessions were offered to American employees of TikTok in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources. Each two-hour session was dynamic, interactive and encouraged active learning in a safe and respectful environment. Topics covered included exploring understandings of diversity and inclusion, fundamentals of diversity and inclusion, transitioning to feelings of discomfort for active learning, privilege, power, cycles of oppression, and allyship. Once completed, participants moved to a master class on equity.
